How to Make an Order?

You should create and account and complete your billing/shipping address in our website. After completing the process you should choose and add to cart the product and complete your order.

Is there any limitation for Product Quantity Purchase?

Our minimum order quantity 2kg. You can purchase
2types of fish each containing 1kg.

Can we get all fishes be processed?

We process both small/big fishes. If you willing to buy processed fish the weight will be measured before processing.

What is your delivery System?

If you place the order within 6:00pm, then we deliver it next day (depends on availability).

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes!! You will get the invoice in your Email address and Your Profile panel.

PAYMENT, REPLACE, REFUND & PROMOTION INFORMATION

Do You Provide Cash on Delivery System?

We accept cash on delivery and we also have Bkash service. Don’t worry, our Fish Mart representatives should always carry enough change.

Can I pay the order payment from my bank account?

No.

Do You Have Any Promotional Offer?

YES!! We have so many promotional offer in every occasions and it may changes any times. Please check the Special Offer in our website. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes you can. You should cancel your order within 2 hours, if we delivered your order then we can’t stop it.

Do You Provide Free Home Delivery?

Fish Mart representative will deliver your order right to your home or office for free (doesn’t apply to below 4kg).

Is There Any Refund or Replace Policy?

Please check out the fish quality and others when Fish Mart representative present at your residence. Otherwise we will not responsible for any complain about your product.
